** Overtime for all games is 2 minutes
** In 2nd Half clock runs if score is over 30 pts
** Default time for games is 10 minutes

U9-U14: Inside Key & Inside 3pt line
U15-U19: Outside Key & Outside 3pt line
U9-U19 Boys/Girls General Game Rules
- Games will be 2 x 16 minutes stop time halves using modified FIBA rules
- Penalty is at 10 teams fouls each half – exception in the last 2 minutes of the 2nd half where teams will shoot penalty on 10 team fouls OR after 2nd team foul committed in this time period (NBA rule)
- Teams have 2 Time-outs per half (time-outs from 1st half do not carry over)
U9-U10 Boys/Girls Specific Game Rules
- NO FAIR PLAY OR SHIFTING RULES
- Teams only need a minimum of 5 players to start a game
- 1st Half – Fall Back / 2nd Half –Teams can press if score is under 20
- 3pt line will be in effect
- 27.5 or Size 5 ball will be used
U11-U13 Boys/Girls Specific Game Rules
- NO FAIR PLAY OR SHIFTING RULES
- Teams only need a minimum of 5 players to start a game
- Teams can press all game, fall back is at 20 points
- U11 will use a 27.5 or Size 5 ball / U12 & U13 will use a 28.5 or Size 6 ball
U14 Boys/Girls Specific Game Rules
- Teams can press all game, fall back is at 20 points
- Boys will use a 29.5 or Size 7 ball will be used / Girls will use a 28.5 or Size 6 ball
U15-U19 Boys/Girls Specific Game Rules
- Shot Clocks will be used when available
- Boys will use a 29.5 or Size 7 ball will be used / Girls will use a 28.5 or Size 6 ball
2025 SUMMER ROSTER REGULATIONS
- All players listed on your roster must fall into the required age specifications of that particular division, the chart of reference is listed below. (No late birthdays accepted for age requirements)
- Players can ONLY play on 1 team in any specific age group (This includes the Single A division); however players can play on other teams in older divisions, whether it’s the same club or not.
- Players who compete in the Elite League are ONLY able to participate in the Summer League in Division #1 of their age group. If playing up, then they can participate in any division.
- All teams must submit a roster of up to 15 players by June 27th. Anyone on this roster will be able to participate in the remaining Summer League games including the playoffs no matter how many games they have played previously.
(This is a new rule to help solidify rosters as we understand in the Summer many players are on holidays or playing AAU.)
